Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter reports directly to the People Operations Director. This is a remote position, but requires travel as needed throughout the state of New Jersey. Salary: $75,000-$80,000

What Devereux looks for in you:

  • Partner with support departments and operations to lead the center recruitment efforts needed to ensure that current and anticipated staffing needs are met.
  • Recruiting lead for specialty and designated hard-to-fill roles.
  • Recruiting lead for all international recruitment.
  • Work closely with people operations director on recruitment special projects.
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications

You'd make a great Senior Recruiter if you have:

  • Bachelors Degree required, equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • Minimum five (5) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in health-care, human services and/or non-profit setting.
  • Experience with international recruitment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
  • Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
