Overview Position: Project Manager at Epic’s Project Management team. Location: Madison, WI. Requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with financial assistance. Travel across the United States and internationally as part of a team that leads software installations and ensures success for Epic customers. Responsibilities Lead software installation projects for healthcare organizations. Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end‑user training. Provide comprehensive support during go‑live and post‑implementation phases. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources. Travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major). History of academic and professional success. Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID‑19 vaccination. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. No software experience required.
