Job Description We’re looking for reliable, guest‑focused Boat Captains to operate our fleet of small leisure boats—including circular doughnut boats and elegant gondola‑style vessels. These boats offer a relaxed, scenic experience for guests, often paired with dining or private events. Captains are responsible for safe navigation, guest interaction, and ensuring each boat is clean, well‑maintained, and ready for service. Locations Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities Boat Operations Safely operate doughnut and gondola boats within designated cruising zones Conduct pre‑trip safety checks and briefings for guests Monitor water conditions and adjust routes as needed for safety and comfort Assist with docking, boarding, and disembarking procedures Cleanliness & Presentation Ensure boats are clean, tidy, and guest‑ready before and after each trip Wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and reset seating or dining setups Maintain high hygiene standards, especially for food‑service boats Maintenance & Reporting Perform basic checks on battery levels, steering, and safety gear Immediately report any mechanical issues, damage, or irregularities to the maintenance team Log daily boat usage, incidents, and maintenance needs accurately Guest Experience Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions on boat usage and safety Remain courteous, attentive, and professional throughout the trip Handle guest inquiries or concerns with calm and confidence Safety & Compliance Adhere to all maritime safety regulations and company protocols Ensure life jackets and emergency equipment are available and accessible Stay informed on local boating laws and weather advisories Qualifications Valid boat license or certification (as required by local authorities) Prior experience operating small boats or watercraft preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions What We Offer Competitive pay and flexible scheduling Training on boat operations, guest service, and safety standards A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth The chance to be part of a unique waterfront experience How to Apply Interested candidates should send their CV and maritime certification (if available) to operations@sawaribahrain.com or contact via WhatsApp: 34528085. #J-18808-Ljbffr ClassiFind
