Through interactions with real estate professionals, clients, escrow companies, and property management companies, the Transaction Coordinator is responsible for maintaining escrow files and the coordination and processing of all information and legal documentation pertaining to the sale and escrow of each home, possessing strong working knowledge of CAR (California Association of Realtors) contracts and disclosures. This position is also responsible for providing other general office administrative duties.
