5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Workday HCM, specifically in the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment module.
Must have active Workday Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Certification.
Experience in configuring and maintaining end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer process.
Strong knowledge of business process framework (BPF), security roles, notifications, and approval workflows in Workday.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
Ability to support integrations related to recruiting such as background checks, job boards, and third-party vendors.
Hands-on experience with reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements.
Strong communication skills with ability to interact directly with client stakeholders and HR business users.
