Position: Beverage Production Manager + Warehouse Management

Location: Deep Gap / Boone NC

Job Description: As the Beverage Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of beverage production operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality standards are consistently met. You will lead a team of production staff, manage production schedules, and collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflow and meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the beverage production facility, including planning, scheduling, and production activities.
  • Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production standards.
  • Develop and implement production plans to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.
  • Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to meet food safety and product quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain production records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Fermentation Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in beverage production management or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and production management software.
