Join Our Team as a Warehouse Pickers Coordinator at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Pickers to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our inventory system operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to our customers. . Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
Pack and prepare items for shipment while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Maintain organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
Verify the accuracy of picked orders before packing and shipping.
Assist in restocking shelves and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve process efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
