Responsibilities

3. Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
4. Ensure all work meets CertaPro's high standards and customer expectations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the project.
7. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices on every job.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential painting or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be licensed and insured as required by local regulations.
• Must pass background check
