NOTE****This position is available only for the morning shift: Friday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We are seeking attentive and professional Servers to deliver flawless guest experiences, collaborate with the culinary and bar teams, and uphold the highest standards of fine-dining service. Key Responsibilities

- **Guest Reception and Service Excellence**: warmly welcome guests, present menus, and guide them through the tasting experience with poise and knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong memorization of menu details, wine pairings, and beverage options
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- **Course Delivery and Timing**: coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure precise pacing and seamless service.
- Present courses with clarity and care
- Manage timing to align with tasting menu progression
- **Wine and Beverage Service**: assist with wine service, corkage, and beverage pairings as appropriate.
- Offer thoughtful recommendations aligned with guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station
- **Sanitation and Safety**: uphold hygiene and safety standards in all service areas.
- Clear tables, reset stations, and maintain spotless dining spaces
- Handle glassware and tableware with care
- **Team Collaboration**: communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Participate in pre-service briefings and post-service reviews
- **Guest Experience and Personalization**: remember guest preferences when possible and accommodate special requests gracefully.
- Manage dietary restrictions and allergies with care
- Ensure accessibility and comfort for all guests

Qualifications

- **Experience in high-end hospitality or fine-dining environments** preferred; prior server experience in Michelin-level settings is a plus.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**; ability to read guests and adapt service accordingly.
- **Professional demeanor and presentation**; ability to remain composed under pressure.
- **Excellent memory and organization**; capacity to manage multiple tables with grace.
- **Flexibility in scheduling**; availability for evenings, weekends, and special events.
- **Basic wine knowledge** and willingness to learn our tasting menu and program details.
