Remote Travel Assistance

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a work from home remote travel assistance role. This position supports clients with coordinating travel details, assisting with reservations, and providing timely customer service throughout the booking process.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with researching travel options including hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Supporting the reservation and confirmation process
• Responding to travel-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Reviewing booking information for accuracy, including dates and traveler details
• Maintaining organized records of reservations and client communications
• Providing follow-up support before and after travel as needed

Qualifications include:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
