Job Description As a Retail Keyholder with Longines, the position is responsible for demonstrating outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor. The Keyholder will assist in daily operations of the store, support the management team in achieving customer service and sales goals, lead the team of associates, and ensure all operational tasks, procedures, opening and closing routines, and customer service initiatives are successful. Profile Duties And Responsibilities Provide a unique and special experience to all clients Reach & exceed sales goals Develop potential clients through clienteling and networking efforts Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client tastes and goals for future purchases Assist team members in sales process as per established boutique protocols Provide superior after‑sale service to all clients Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships Team‑oriented Open and close the store as needed Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner All other duties assigned by Management Requirements Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma and/or equivalent Strong luxury retail jewelry and timepiece experience 3–5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, specialty retail preferred Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations Able to arrive to work on time and work late Able to achieve sales goals and be goal oriented Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Self‑starter with good judgment in all situations Team player in a fast‑paced, energetic environment Professionalism; friendly demeanor Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff Clientele building skills Basic computer literacy Flexible to retail working hours including weekends and holidays Ability to multi‑task and handle changing priorities Work well with minimal supervision; self‑starter Bilingual is a plus Physical Requirements Primary responsibilities require standing approximately 5–8 hours per day, 5–7 days per week, with extended hours during peak sales periods. The role may involve climbing ladders, ascending/descending stairs, lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly, and operating computer equipment. Finger dexterity is necessary. Compensation & Benefits Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for commission.
