Transaction Coordinator

Commercial Real Estate ,100% In-Office

Our client is hiring a high-performing Transaction Coordinator to be the analytical engine behind a dynamic brokerage team. This role supports commercial transactions through advanced research, underwriting, and polished client-ready transactions.

This is a fully in-office position. Daily professional business attire is required. No hybrid or remote flexibility.

Transaction Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Drive market research initiatives across multiple asset classes
• Compile and interpret sales and lease comps, vacancy trends, absorption, and rental data
• Prepare quarterly market reports and forward-looking insights
• Assist brokers with BOVs, lease abstracts, estoppels, and transaction support
• Develop investment marketing materials and offering memorandums
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure high-level presentation standards
• Serve as a trusted in-house resource for market intelligence

Transaction Coordinator Qualifications

• Several years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong command of real estate terminology and transaction flow
• Advanced proficiency in CoStar (required)
• Experience overseeing research projects or analyst workflow preferred
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional office setting

Transaction Coordinator Preferred Skills

• Argus underwriting experience
• Lease abstraction expertise
• Office or corporate transaction background
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting
