Responsibilities

Ongoing Training

• Complete 8 week training course to get your business up and running (within first 90 days on team)
• Attennd ongoing virtual trainings to grow your real estate business and generate leads

Coaching

• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person team meeting

Business Management & Lead Generation

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback following client appointments
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Track tasks and activities in Place Technology

Qualifications

• Real estate license required but we'd also love to chat with you if you are studying for your exam!
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving your own vehicle
• Ambitious and able to prioritize tasks
• Straight forward, open and honest communicator
• Desire to kickstart your real estate business
