Description:

Auris, the technology arm of Acrisure, is seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence. We are building a bold, human, and pro-entrepreneur brand, and this role will be pivotal in shaping our voice, engagement, and reputation across multiple social channels.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Create, manage, and maintain content calendars, campaigns, and daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Monitor social channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends, responding promptly and in line with brand voice
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications, and customer experience to amplify initiatives and ensure messaging consistency
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
• Work closely with design and video teams to produce high-quality, platform-native creative content
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in B2B or technology
• Proven success in growing and engaging social audiences
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual content
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
• Comfortable handling reputation management and public customer engagement
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
