Job Description

Senior Production Associate Role

This isn’t your average production role. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, lead-by-example position for someone who takes pride in their work, cares deeply about quality, and wants to grow. You enjoy being part of a fast-growing company, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, solving problems, and staying busy. You love seeing skincare and supplement products come to life — and being a key part of making that happen.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on our team.

Who We Are:

We’re a fast-growing skincare & supplement manufacturer and warehousing logistics company. We specialize in small-scale manufacturing – we produce 100–10,000 units per batch using manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic equipment. (We are not Coca-Cola lol). We work with 20+ fast-growing exciting brands whose products range from skincare to tinctures, powders, gummies, and pet care.

What You’ll Do / Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production with a hands-on approach — formulating, mixing, batching, filling, capping and labeling, and executing various other production tasks such as running various equipment/production lines, and co-packing products.
  • Help guide and support the production team — understand priorities, assist with workflow, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Work across a variety of product categories: skincare, beauty, bath, powders, gummies, tinctures, and pet care.
  • Follow and help maintain SOPs and documentation in compliance with FDA, cGMP, and USDA Organic standards.
  • Assist with executing Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
  • Help maintain quality control standards , timelines, quotas and attention to detail across production runs.
  • Stay flexible — occasional overtime or weekend work may be needed.

What You Bring/Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in manufacturing and formulating (cosmetics, supplements, or food REQUIRED) and cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset — you jump in and get things done.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support and collaborate with a team.

Mindset & Attitude:

This role requires someone who brings the right mentality from day one.

  • Accountable & Reliable: You take ownership of your work and follow through; you love feedback, meeting quotas and KPIs. Challenges are met with urgency, and solutions.
  • Positive & Solutions-Oriented: You stay proactive and focus on getting things done. No short cuts – you always strive for high-quality work performance.
  • Team Player: You help others, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive environment. The glass I always half-full! There is no room for bad mouthing here.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You bring a strong work ethic, adjust quickly and stay focused in a fast-moving setting. You love organized chaos.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with 20+ exciting, fast-growing brands across the wellness & supplement industry. You'll never be bored. Every day is different; every product is unique.
  • Learn and grow within FDA, cGMP, and USDA Organic manufacturing.
  • Gain hands-on experience across formulation, production, and systems.
  • Be part of a close-knit, hardworking team focused on quality and growth.
  • Opportunities for advancement , personally and professionally, as you grow with the company.
  • Benefits: Competitive pay, consistent hours, overtime opportunity, quarterly bonuses, pay increases based on performance, paid Holidays, Health Insurance, PTO and 401k.

This is your opportunity to take on more responsibility, support the team, and grow — all while staying hands-on and close to the action. If you want this job then remember the word “Sandcastle”.
