Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. seeks a dedicated School Year 26-27 High School Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning team and help deliver world-class instruction to students in New York City. In this role, you will plan and lead rigorous, engaging lessons in your content area that align with ambitious academic standards and support every student in mastering complex concepts. You will use data regularly to assess student understanding, differentiate instruction, and implement targeted interventions, while maintaining a structured and joyful classroom environment where high expectations, strong relationships, and a growth mindset are the norm. Collaborating closely with fellow teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders, you will participate in regular planning, observation, and feedback cycles that reflect our innovative, results-driven culture and focus on continuous improvement. You will communicate frequently and proactively with families about student progress, behavior, and goals, partnering with them to support learning at home and at school. The ideal candidate brings strong content knowledge, a deep belief in the potential of every student, and a relentless drive to close achievement gaps. A bachelor’s degree is required, and prior teaching experience in an urban or high-expectations school environment is strongly preferred. This full-time position follows the school calendar, with additional professional development days dedicated to refining instructional practice, integrating new educational technologies, and piloting groundbreaking methods that enhance student learning.
