Job Title: SAP S/4 Hana Senior Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4 Hana Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex SAP implementation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4 Hana, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, effective communication, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end program management of SAP S/4 Hana implementations, from planning and design to execution and delivery.
• Develop and execute program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and project teams, to define project goals, scope, and success criteria.
• Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues related to SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
• Implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles, ensuring the successful progression of the program.

1. Resource Management:

• Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution while maintaining a focus on quality.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement best practices and methodologies for SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business requirements and expectations.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP program management framework.
• Evaluate and implement industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in program management with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing at least 3 Full Life Cycle End to End Implementations in their career
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
