Our client in St. Albans, VT is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Operator
Location: St. Albans, VT
Pay Range: PM - Nights 25.18 an hour. 11pm-730am, Days, 7-330 23.68 an hour, 3-11pm 24.59 an hour

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Assist with other tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required, training will be provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work 8-12 hours shifts
