ORGANIC HARVESTING SUPERVISOR

About the Opportunity:  

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Organic Harvesting Supervisor responsible to supervise the organic harvesting department. What You Will Need:

• Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees.
• Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be knowledgeable of company policies.
• Ability to travel to Coachella Valley five (5) months out of the year, required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. 

What Will Set You Apart:

• Ability to troubleshoot harvesting equipment, preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organic harvesting, preferred.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with ability to speak, read, and write in both, preferred.
• Supervisory or equivalent experience, preferred.

Total Rewards: $70,304 - $80,000 / YEAR 

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
