Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role involves a combination of in-office duties and remote work. The Personal Assistant will provide support to executives, including handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining communication, and performing clerical duties. Efficiency, discretion, and a proactive approach are essential for this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
Competency in Clerical Skills, including organizing and administrative support
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in common office software and technology
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
