CLT | Hourly | Overnight Shifts Part-Time

As a Skiptown Overnight Skipper , you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and fully prepped facility while pups rest and the building is closed. You'll complete deep cleaning routines, restock supplies, and ensure everything is ready for the next day. You'll also remain alert and ready to respond to any overnight emergencies. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive working independently, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Complete deep cleaning tasks like floor scrubbing, disinfecting surfaces, and rotating laundry
• Remove trash and maintain odor control throughout the facility
• Restock supplies such as paper products, cleaning agents, and laundry detergent
• Do facility walkthroughs to check for safety hazards or maintenance needs
• Stay alert and respond to any overnight emergencies involving pets or the building
• Communicate updates and any issues to the morning team

You Might Be a Perfect Fit If:

• You're detail-oriented and love leaving spaces clean and organized
• You're dependable and thrive working independently
• You stay calm and collected in emergencies
• You're comfortable working overnight shifts
• You're okay with being alone, cleaning products, and the occasional mess

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience in janitorial, facilities, or overnight cleaning work
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers
• Familiarity with safety or sanitation protocols

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8-10 hours
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and using cleaning equipment
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
