OB Hospitalist
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $325000.00 - $410000.00

Position Overview

• Full-time OB/GYN or OB Hospitalist role
• Partnership track with long-term growth potential
• Flexible structure—balance your OB and GYN case mix based on your interests
• Join an established, collaborative team with strong subspecialty support

Clinical Scope

• Flexible schedule with approximately 25–30 patients/day
• In-office procedures including LEEP and colposcopy
• Dedicated OR access with block time throughout the week
• Robotic surgery available (Da Vinci platform)
• Efficient practice supported by experienced staff and EPIC EMR

Schedule & Call

• Balanced weekly schedule: clinic, OR, and OB coverage
• Clinic approximately 2–3 days per week
• Call currently 1:8, improving to ~1:11 as team grows
• Midwife and hospitalist support enhances work-life balance
• Post-call flexibility built into the schedule

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC OB/GYN
• Open to new graduates (including 2027 residents) and experienced physicians
• Commitment to team-based care and high-quality patient outcomes
• Board certification required within 3 years

Facility Location
Pinehurst is a village in Moore County, North Carolina now famous for its Spa and Golf Academy. In 2000 Pinehurst had a population of 9,706, so you can imagine how it must have grown since then. It is also home to the Pinehurst Resort where in 1936 the PGA Championship took place and in 1951 The Ryder Cup. People go to Pinehurst to rest and relax or just enjoy the calm and serene atmosphere of its historic village.
