Assistant General Counsel, Product
Thomson Reuters is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Product to join our General Counsel’s Office. In this role, you will support Thomson Reuters’ Product, Technology, and Marketing teams by advising on legal, regulatory, and reputational risks across the product lifecycle, including new product and feature development, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and emerging areas of law. This position may be based in our U.S. offices in Minneapolis or Dallas, or in our Canadian office in Toronto.
In this position, you will:

Compensation: The base compensation range varies across locations. For U.S. locations, the range is $157,500 USD – $292,500 USD. For Ontario, Canada, the range is $172,000 CAD – $222,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
U.S. offices: Minneapolis or Dallas. Canadian office: Toronto.
