Key Responsibilities:

As a Metabolic Health Educator, you will act as a field-based clinical expert, responsible for delivering evidence-based educational support regarding obesity and liver disease to healthcare professionals and their teams across your assigned region. Your roles will include:

• Providing disease state-related educational resources and support to targeted healthcare professionals and office staff in alignment with client and Inizio Engage objectives.
• Presenting both live and virtual educational programs to meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility.
• Promoting awareness of educational sessions through the client’s speaker bureau.
• Supporting client convention booths and engaging with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and drive organizational goals.
• Distributing approved educational materials without modification.
• Completing all required training and competency assessments in a timely manner.
• Building and nurturing relationships with healthcare customers and cross-functional partners.
• Facilitating the development and dissemination of educational materials across specified accounts as identified by the client.
• Maintaining timely completion of administrative tasks, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, and monthly reports.
• Keeping current on professional registration and licensing as mandated by state law.
• Participating in meetings to stay updated on plans and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensuring compliance with company equipment and material protocols.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Being readily available during working hours to address inquiries.
• Maintaining a valid U.S. driver’s license and promptly reporting any violations.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (BSN required), Registered Dietitian (Bachelor’s in Nutrition required), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years post-education clinical experience.
• Active U.S. healthcare license in your field.
• Experience in metabolic health is essential.
• Preferred certifications include:
• Certified Obesity Educator
• Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine
• Certified Diabetes Educator
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including physicians and office staff.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 20% of the time, with occasional weekend work.
• Possibility of obtaining specific disease state certification in obesity and metabolic disorders within the first year of employment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
