Job Summary:


We are seeking a reliable and physically strong individual to join our team as a Heavy Lifter. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, moving, and loading/unloading heavy materials, equipment, or products. This role requires physical endurance, safety awareness, and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 100 lbs]) manually or with lifting equipment
  
  
• Load and unload delivery trucks, pallets, and shipping containers
  
  
• Organize and stack materials in warehouse or job site locations
  
  
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required
  
  
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment or event setups
  
  
• Report damaged items or unsafe conditions to supervisors
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
  
  
• Perform basic maintenance and clean-up duties around the workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  
  
• Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
  
  
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects consistently throughout the shift
  
  
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
  
  
• Strong work ethic and dependability
  
  
• Familiarity with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions

• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

• Shift work, weekends, or overtime may be required based on project needs
