Job Overview An Insight Global client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-visibility digital loyalty initiative. This individual will own and lead Scrum ceremonies for a dedicated product team, ensuring structured, efficient, and well-executed Agile delivery. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX, and development teams, while also serving as a backup to a senior Scrum Master across multiple digital workstreams. This role requires strong Agile fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and maintain clean, well-organized sprint boards independently. Required Skills and Experience Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Scrum teams in a digital product environment Strong understanding of Agile and traditional Scrum processes Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira Ability to clearly explain and manage user story effort / story points, sprint capacity and velocity Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for developers and business stakeholders Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Confidence leading discussions, resolving blockers, and speaking up when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
