Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an attorney who:

• Has 2-4+ years of experience in civil or commercial litigation
• BIG LAW exp a plus
• JUDICIAL CLERKSHIP a plus
• Writes with clarity, precision, and persuasive force
• Thrives in a fast-paced, trial-driven environment
• Brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence
• Is eager to take ownership of briefs, discovery, hearings, and client strategy

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting motions, briefs, and dispositive filings
• Managing discovery, depositions, and case development
• Conducting legal research and factual investigations
• Working closely with partners on trial strategy and courtroom preparation
• Engaging directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
