Job Description

Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park.

Hersheypark Retail Recovery Team Members are responsible for restocking the stores within Hersheypark to ensure customers have access to the merchandise they wish to purchase.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Organizing product on display shelves
• Replenishing stock from the previous day's sales
• Ensuring register areas are free of clutter prior to store opening
• Maintaining back of house stock areas, including backstocking incoming orders
• Assisting in inventory control and shrink prevention
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image representative of the property image
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times
• Must be friendly, upbeat, and work well with other employees and be able to interact with our guests

Job Demands:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule , including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, Memorial Day through Labor Day
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand (for up to five hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and push, pull, and reach above shoulder level and lift up to sixty (60) pounds without assistance
