About Emerald KIDSPORTS Emerald KIDSPORTS is Lane County’s largest multi-sport youth provider, serving more than 16,000 children annually across Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities. For over 70 years, we have been committed to youth development through sports.
Our mission, “All Kids Play,” ensures that every child has access to participate—regardless of f inancial circumstances, background, or ability. In 2025, we were able to provide free or reduced registration fees for more than 4,000 children participating in our programs. KIDSPORTS also operates the KS Fieldhouse and Market of Choice Field at Civic Park, a premier community sports facility that serves as a hub for youth and families.
Position Overview
The Executive Director provides overall leadership and direction for Emerald KIDSPORTS. This role oversees programs, operations, fundraising, and facilities while serving as the organization’s primary public representative. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strengthening community impact, ensuring financial sustainability, and delivering a high-quality youth sports experience.

Work Environment
This role is based in Eugene, Oregon, with regular attendance at programs, events, and community activities. Evening and weekend availability is expected. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. Emerald KIDSPORTS is committed to building a diverse and inclusive leadership team.
