Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Job Summary:
Arctic Cold Storage is seeking a highly organized and experienced  Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, and ensure the efficient operation of our distribution center. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid understanding of warehouse management and a focus on safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse health and safety regulations.
