Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for dedicated Pacific Northwest dry van routes based out of Sumner, WA. Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' dry van tractors on 100% no‑touch freight and must comply with company safety policies and federal regulations.

• Compensation: $1,400–$1,800 per week (varies by miles/experience); pay rate $0.52–$0.62 per mile; $15 per stop; monthly safety bonus; trainees paid $690/week during initial 4–6 week training with a trainer; $300 paid orientation.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days.
• Schedule & routes: Sumner and surrounding east/south Pacific Northwest lanes, return to Sumner, WA. Predominantly night driving. Typical miles: 2,000–3,000 miles/week. Weekly home time (schedule varies; not always weekends). Solo or team runs available. Orientation in Sumner, WA.
• Primary responsibilities:
  • Safely operate 53' dry van tractors on assigned regional/dedicated routes.
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care.
  • Handle drop‑and‑hook, no‑touch freight and complete deliveries on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate ELD or paper logs and comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules.
  • Follow company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL; age 21 or older.
  • Recent CDL graduates encouraged. Completion of an accredited truck driving program (recommended minimum 120 hours) is preferred.
  • Reasonably clean driving record; no DUI within the past 5 years and no disqualifying convictions per company policy.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks. Safety review will consider criminal offenses.
  • Stable work history; limited employment gaps (details reviewed during hiring).
