This role requires a visionary who can drive organizational growth, diversify revenue streams, and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity. The CEO will also serve as the chief spokesperson, leading all public relations and advocacy efforts, and will be expected to have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
