Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of successful management experience, particularly in the vocational rehabilitation or human services sector. Core competencies include financial literacy, technical knowledge of vocational rehabilitation, and a leadership style that is both strong and participatory. The role requires excellent communication skills, personal attributes of high integrity, and a commitment to the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and advocacy. The CEO will also be responsible for team leadership, relationship development, and fund development, working with the Board to implement fundraising plans.
