Assistant Project Manager About Summit CM Summit Construction Management is a women-owned Owner's Representative firm specializing in commercial workplace, tenant improvement, capital improvement, and ground-up construction projects across the United States. We partner with clients from site selection through project closeout, providing objective leadership, clear communication, and disciplined project management to deliver exceptional spaces on time and within budget. About the Role We're looking for an Associate Project Manager who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers while building the technical, organizational, and leadership skills needed to successfully manage projects of your own. Key Responsibilities Support projects from planning through closeout. Coordinate meetings, schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Track action items, procurement, invoices, and project deliverables. Participate in site visits, project meetings, and client communications. Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project documentation. Identify potential risks and help keep projects organized and moving forward. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, commercial real estate, or a related field. Internship or commercial construction experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills. Ability to travel as project needs require.
