Workday HRIS Analyst – Up to $110,000 (+Bonus) - Houston, TX

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join a collaborative, high-performing team with an incredibly welcoming and supportive culture. This role will focus primarily on Workday Learning, while also supporting Benefits and other Workday modules where needed. The team is looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Learning and Benefits configuration and support.
• Partner with HR leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality to improve workflows and user experience.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support integrations, data integrity initiatives, and system performance improvements.
• Collaborate on Workday upgrades, enhancements, testing, and optimization efforts.
• Assist across additional Workday modules where needed, with training provided for new focus areas.
• Participate in ticket management and on-call support rotation.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of Workday configuration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning is required.
• Experience supporting Benefits configuration and administration preferred.
• Experience creating reports and calculated fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative and adaptable personality with a team-first mindset.
