In this role, you will assist clients with exploring travel opportunities, planning personalized vacations, and coordinating travel arrangements that match their interests, schedules, and budgets. From all-inclusive resorts and cruise vacations to family getaways, destination celebrations, and international adventures, you'll help travelers create experiences they will remember for years to come.

Responsibilities - Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and expectations
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Recommend travel experiences that align with client interests and budgets
- Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
- Guide clients through the travel planning and booking process
- Respond to client questions and provide travel-related information and support
- Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and verify travel arrangements
- Monitor booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel details
- Maintain organized client records and travel documentation
- Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
- Deliver professional, personalized service throughout the client experience
Qualifications - Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, sales, or relationship-based roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
