Security Officer Position

We are currently seeking part-time Unarmed Security Officers for the Charlotte and Concord areas.

Schedule

2100-0900 Saturday

2100-0100 Sunday

16 hours Job Type: Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and evict violators from the premises.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide documentation allowing residency and authorization to work. Must provide a high level of customer service. Basic computer knowledge. Neat in appearance and grooming. Ability to pass a drug screening and background investigation. Reliable transportation and phone. Military and/or law enforcement experience preferred but not required. Must meet NC PPSB license requirements.

This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
