Key Responsibilities Design and enhance user interfaces for landing pages and microsites, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are fast-loading, mobile-optimized, and SEO-friendly Utilize A/B testing and analytics to improve performance metrics and refine the design system for consistency and scalability Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, preferably in a performance-driven marketing environment Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital marketing best practices Experience in creating design systems for consistency across digital properties Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve design effectiveness
