Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Wound Care/Ostomy Care for a 13-week travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will provide specialized wound management, ostomy care, and patient education while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, treat, and monitor patients with wounds, ostomies, and related skin conditions
Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
Perform dressing changes and wound evaluations
Educate patients and families on wound and ostomy care management
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding patient care plans
Maintain accurate patient documentation and compliance with facility protocols
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
