Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Daily caseload 8-15 patients; HDR treatments, brachytherapy procedures, radiopharmaceutical administrations 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT (T) required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: Illinois license in hand required at time of submittal; Missouri submit without license OK, requires MO or compact 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 10-hour shifts 6:15-16:45, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Pre-start modules billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract, completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
