For office-based employees (employees who live within a defined radius of a Secureframe office), Secureframe considers working in the office, approximately 30% of the time under current policy, to be an essential function of the employee's role.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependent(s)Flexible PTO401(k)Paid family leaveGround floor opportunity as an early member of the teamWhat you'll doSource and engage passive technical talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.)Design top-of-the-funnel strategy along with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniquesIdentify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top-of-the-funnelMove candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparencyEffectively pitch candidates on Secureframe through specific, tailored, and creative messagingAssist with sending out offers and closing candidatesWho we're looking for1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environmentExceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organizationFamiliarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience$120,000 - $200,000 a yearThe annual compensation range for this role is listed below.For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.Secureframe is an equal opportunity employer.
