About the Role



We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and scale high-performance distributed applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, MQ, and MuleSoft, along with strong experience in cloud-native architecture and CI/CD-driven delivery.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs
  • Build and integrate event-driven systems using Kafka and MQ
  • Develop and support system integrations using MuleSoft
  • Apply object-oriented design principles and architectural patterns to enterprise applications
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable Java code following best practices
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Implement automated testing, unit tests, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications using monitoring tools such as Splunk

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in:
    • Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
    • REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
    • Kafka and MQ (event/message-driven systems)
    • MuleSoft integration development
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Object-oriented programming and design patterns
    • Java concurrency and multithreading
    • JVM internals, class loading mechanism, and performance tuning
  • Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
  • Experience working with SQL and both embedded and external databases
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or Ant
  • Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk)
  • Strong understanding of scalable and resilient system design
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
