Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Plan each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout the shift. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. Help assigned departments meet their targets and overall goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion to work in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
