  • Craft and distribute user-friendly tools, dashboards, and reports for self-service analytics access.
  • Enhance and apply a comprehensive data quality framework to perpetually elevate the integrity of our data.
  • Guarantee uniformity in our approach to data gathering, definitions, and analytical standards across all platforms and teams.
  • Oversee the complete cycle of our people data processes, from designing efficient workflows to their execution.
  • Formulate an operational strategy for efficiently managing and addressing spontaneous data inquiries.
  • Convert complex data and analyses into compelling narratives that inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Clearly define analytical challenges, predict desired outcomes, set transparent expectations, propose innovative solutions, and ensure thorough follow-through.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an analytical role, within, people analytics, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data querying, analysis, dashboard creation, and visualization techniques, with a strong command of tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • A solid grasp of measurement methodologies and statistical and predictive analytics, including experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or SPSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and compelling narratives for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
