• Utilize Our State-of-the-Art Platform: Streamline your candidate management, automate follow-ups, and keep everything organized.
• Emphasize Permanent Placements: Focus on creating enduring value for clients while maximizing your commission potential.
• Drive Thought Leadership: Help elevate MLR's brand alongside your own as a trusted recruiter.

• A seasoned recruiter with 2–3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales under your belt.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare field, or a willingness to learn as we coach you.
• Exemplary skills in managing client relationships and closing deals.
• Comfortable navigating CRM/ATS systems (we'll ensure you're trained on ours).
• An entrepreneurial spirit eager to contribute to a long-term vision.
