About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Executive Director in Medicinal Chemistry to lead the strategic and scientific direction of small molecule discovery programs. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in a chemistry-related field, extensive leadership experience in medicinal chemistry, and a proven track record in driving small-molecule programs through the discovery process.
