Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc., a network of high-performing public charter schools in New York City, is seeking passionate, mission-driven High School Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. As part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will play a key role in preparing scholars for college and beyond through rigorous academics, strong character development, and innovative teaching practices. High School Teachers at Success Academy design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons that push students to think critically, solve complex problems, and take ownership of their learning. You will use data regularly to assess student progress, differentiate instruction, and provide targeted support so that all students, including those with diverse learning needs, meet and exceed ambitious achievement goals. In this role, you will create a structured, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment that reinforces high expectations, strong routines, and a culture of respect and collaboration. You will communicate consistently with students, families, and colleagues, partnering with them to support each scholar’s academic growth and social-emotional development. Teachers actively participate in ongoing professional development, instructional coaching, and collaborative planning, contributing ideas and embracing feedback in a culture of continuous improvement. You will integrate technology and e-learning tools to enhance instruction, support blended learning, and expand students’ access to high-quality resources.
