Responsibilities:
- Execute a thorough cleaning regimen that exceeds industry standards, including sanitizing surfaces, mopping floors, and disinfecting toys and equipment to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Embrace a proactive approach to maintenance, identifying and addressing any issues or areas in need of attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our children and staff.
- Cultivate a keen eye for detail as you meticulously inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces, leaving no nook or cranny untouched.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to support a culture of cleanliness and teamwork, sharing best practices and lending a helping hand wherever needed to keep our center running smoothly.
- Uphold our commitment to sustainability by implementing eco-friendly cleaning practices and minimizing waste wherever possible, contributing to a healthier planet for future generations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- A passion for cleanliness and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every surface shines and every corner sparkles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
