Role: SAP Solution Architect
Location: Hershey, PA

Top 3 Skills Must Haves: - Ability to write in any language: HCP, Java & ABAP coding
- Integration Experience using OData & SOAP
- Technical capabilities to understand platforms and make recommendations within Hana Cloud Platform
- Solution ability as to "What is the best approach?" Provide consultative approach to the architecture team regarding big picture goals and higher level thought, as to HCI or HCP
- MS Visio skills (ability to provide presentations and diagram analysis per proof of concept)
***This is NOT a functional role, it is all technical. Candidates are required to do some development for prototyping and design/architecture.*** ***Client does NOT want candidates who have experience related to BASIS, BW, XI, PI, BI OR NETWEAVER. Candidates need to have and want to do hands on coding. Candidates should have Hana/HCP or S4/HANA; not middleware HCI.***
- At least one project or POC implementation in S/4 HANA, SoH, and SAP Cloud Platform, Integration
- At least one full cycle implementation (from design/spec to going live)
- Functional & Technical solution design & development
- Work with IT Leadership on the SAP Strategic roadmap, investment, project execution, vendor management, solution architecture and successful launch of new solutions and related applications.
- Experience with latest SAP technologies like HANA, cloud solutions, and mobile applications will be added advantage.
- Prefer exposure to consume Using the Persistence Service, Connectivity Service, Document Service
- Prefer exposure Developing Native SAP HANA Applications.
- Prefer to have exposure to integrating Cloud tools (smart data integration, SAP Cloud integration, etc.) and Systems (like concur, S/4 HANA, etc.. ) with HCP
- Cloud-To-Cloud or cloud-to-on-premise integration hands-on experience. Modeling integration scenarios from scratch, a smooth message exchange between SAP's on-premise and cloud solutions
- Work with SAP HCI's data model.
- Enrich incoming data with data from an external OData source. Map data between different message interfaces.
- Route messages to the right receiver depending on the message's content (i.e., content-based routing). Influence the evaluation sequence of conditions for the content-based router.
- Influence the execution of synchronous and asynchronous scenarios.
- Schedule timer-based integration flows, which run at predefined times and pre-defined intervals.
- Invoke SOAP-based external data sources. Structure large integration scenarios based on modularization and the usage of local integration flows.
- Exchange data between parent and child integration flows.
