Sales Executive - Residual Commissions

Exceptional career opportunity for a Sales Executive in the Hayward, CA area and/or surrounding cities!

They are hiring 95 more sales people in the next two years. Sales Executives keep every account they bring in and earn residual commission for the lifetime of the account. First year compensation is a $70,000-$75,000 base, plus guaranteed commissions to do $100,000 first year. By year 2, every salesperson is making $200,000, and top reps in company are making $400,000.

As part of the benefits package, you will receive a company car, gas card (which you can also use for personal use), full benefits, matching 401k, laptop, newest iPhone, business expenses, etc. You can telecommute several days to the office as well.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prospecting: Identify, secure, and develop new business.
• Business Retention: Maintain existing business
• Establish effective working relationships and become a sustaining resource for the customer.
• Develop existing customer base through increasing sales of existing and new product offerings.
• Establish effective supplier relationships and product knowledge.

An excellent candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
• 5-10 years impeccable track record with B2B sales experience involving complex, relationship based transactions.
• Strong presentation, written, verbal and perceptual skills
• An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel
